It’s been long since I have posted an article on my blog. I have been working with a couple of my friends in developing and launching the Toilocator App. The quickest simplest way to find a public toilet, washroom or restroom around the world.
When you’re traveling or out running errands and you suddenly realize you have to take care of business, the Toilocator app is just what you need. It helps you locate public toilets around you and shows you how to get to them.

When I updated my Cordova app to the latest Android 5.0 (Lollipop), I noticed, that the login does not work anymore. In prior versions of Android it works (app login is based on session cookies).
On further investigation found that, if your app targets API levels lower than 21: The system allows mixed content and third party cookies, and always renders the whole document at once.
If your app targets API level 21 or higher and if the app rely on session cookies it will stop working as expected. Reference here.
All the touch-based mobile web view/browsers wait 300ms between your tap on the screen and the browser firing the appropriate handler for that event. This delay occurs because the operating system is waiting roughly 300ms to see if the user is going to tap the target again (and therefore perform a double-tap).
